Computer wifi school password decoder?

Ok so my school has a wifi password and here is my question. Can I install a FREE decoder? Well I've been reading and people say its like reading your mind. That's why I need your guys s help. Or can I download a a program serving as " I forgot my password and ive downloaded this program to recover it".??? Thank you. Any info will be appreciated.
