I have unusually large nipples and im a little heavy, but not super fat?

im 14 and i have big breasts (C cup) and i have huge nipples that take up alot of the lower portion of my breast. I am not pregnant and they have always been like this. Even when its cold they are still big and i wonder if i lost alot of weight would by breasts and nipples become smaler? thanks
