Should I go to the doctor's for a pregnancy test?

I'm 11 days late for my period, I have sore boobs, and feel unusually bloated after eating. I've had a bit of brown spotting, but one wipe and it's pretty much gone. I have done two home pregnancy tests but both come back negative? What should I do?
