Why do I have cold hands and feet?

Most of the time it's less about illness and more about the blood flow in your body I think. My hands are usually pretty cold but I'm used to it. I don't expect to be diagnosed with any crazy diseases and I have never been sick worse than a flu here and there in my few decades of living.
