Everything looks like its going really fast?

IDK why but every once in a while everything around me looks like its going 10 times fast, its really scary and idk why it happens but it just randomly starts, sometimes I can trigger it but I always regret it because I feel like screaming when it happens, Its really hard to explain but everything sounds 10 times faster, like everything is in a beat, picture your heart not racing but going unusually fast, BUM BUM BUM BUM, everything around me stays in that beat, and I walk its like really creepy, I havent told anybody yet, because its only happened like 5 times but its really scary, like even if I put on music it will seem like its sped up, but then when my mind starts getting off it, it disapears suddenly, I do sometimes get dreppressed and stressed and lonley, which is may be when it happens, because my dads been working for 2 weeks straight (not coming home) so my anxiety has eased and I havnt had it happen since, idk why it happens, all I know is I want to.
