Hissing noise on my tritton ax pro's?

I don't know what the problem is, i've tried standing far away from the tv to reduce any interference and i've tried changing settings, I have tried taking the microphone out i've tried everything, it even hisses when the xbox isn't on and when the decoder is off and just the headphones are on, so no matter what it still hisses, either the hissing stops during gameplay or i can't notice it, but in menus it hisses and it's really bugging me and giving me a headache, does anyone have any tips or idea of whats going on?
