How to either make feet stronger or distribute weight for pointe?

This is my almost 2nd year of pointe and I feet like my right foot is doing fine, but I can barely stand on my leg foot on pointe. I don't understand at all. I'm guessing that my right ankle is stronger than my left, it's just so weird that it's that much stronger! Because of the unusually amount of intense pain on my left foot on pointe I naturally put all my weight on my right foot( which is why I have no problems doing pirouettes to the left and soutinews ( spelled wrong!), and pique turns). But when I try to distibute my weight the pain is the same. Please help me I really want to get better!
