OMG i hate my life :(?

So my modem disconnects every time i try to download a game. I can download small files just fine and No i don't have a virus i just took my computer to go fix a few weeks ago and its still happening. This never happened back then and it only happens when i download large files like games for example. The connection just shuts off and takes forever to reconnect and when it finally does the download is canceled. And don't even speak about calling the Tech support they Put me on hold for 45mins and no one picked up . Talk about rude.
