Should I call 911 after being shocked by the red wire suction on tv tube?

So I happen to use my tv as my speakers for my computer. Today I happened to say forget this big bulky tv i just need the board and the speakers with power supply. So I opened the casing too out the circuit board and disconnected all the wired from the tube except there was one red wire left with a suction cup to the tube. It seemed hard to get off so the power supply was already disconnected from the wall. and when i pulled at it I got the massive shock of my life. I felt so much shock from my hands first of course all the way to my elbows and shoulder blades felt like all my bones snapped in half then I dropped to the floor and my heart was pounding hardcore. I then open my door and layed outside for like 5 minutes. When I got up off the ground my heart was hurting i keep feeling sharp pains am i having a mild heart attack should i call 911 for them to pick me up or should i have nothing to worry about? Am I lucky to be alive?
