Problem about RealPlayer when burning a video (guys can u help me)?

guys i've started burning some music video's but i got this General error , this is what the General error says The software that's use to decode the media is not available on this system. Installing the correct decoders for the files you are working with may help to correct the problem. So guys any easy or fast solution?
