What are some good, free media players that let me watch DVDs?

Hello! I want to watch one of my DVDs on my computer, but Windows Media Player won't let me because I don't have a DVD Decoder. However, I don't want to pay for one. What is a good program that is free, comes with a DVD decoder, and lets me watch media/DVDs??
