What The HELL Is LEAD MPEG4 Eval Decoder?

Lead MPEG4 Eval Decoder just started showing up at the bottom of my videos and it never used to and the weird thing is that it never shows up when i watch my videos in windows media player, only when i put them in windows movie maker i get that damn message Lead MPEG4 Eval Decoder down at the bottom of my videos and it looks terrible, how can i remove Lead MPEG4 Eval Decoder?
