Why isn't Scanners and Cameras wizard letting me upload videos?

If the file is small (30-40 seconds of film) It will let me.. Well it told me the same thing, but it worked if i disconnected the USB and fix it around but, this one isn't working that way so I have no idea what's wrong with it.. Here's a picture of what it tells me: http://tinypic.com/r/2lj2lpi/7
