Wii remote problems (not batteries)?

Hi! I am having Problems with my Wii remote! My wii remote keeps disconnecting And i tried changing the batteries but it still happens on full batteries! I tried re-syncing but that didn't work the only thing that would help was to shut it down! Than after i did that it would disconnect again! So does anyone know how to fix this problem?
