Deleted WoW Cache files and now I can't log In?

Yesterday I was playing World of Warcraft and doing 5-man instances. After doing a few, I got a bug that said "you have entered too many instances recently" and it wouldn't let me enter. A few people in my group told me that clearing out my cache folder would fix the issue, so I did just that. After I cleared out the folder I went to log back in and I found that my internet was disconnected. I restarted my modem and the internet came right back up. So I attempt to log back in, and as soon as I log back in to the same character my internet drops again. Restarted the modem again, and the internet came back. I can only log on one character on my account without having the internet drop, all the other ones it drops right away. I tried restoring the files from my recycling bin and they are back in the folder now but I'm still having the same issue. If anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.
