My prjojection screen TV makes a fizzing noise?

Just had it at a repair shop. Blue projector is bad, we couldn't afford a new one so they disconnected it. It works fine.. just no blue. But its making a sound that sounds like water running through pipes. Sound comes from either a projector or the main board.
