Moisture on ceiling of my car ?

I have a 2006 mustang gt and I drove it in the rain for the first time. I have only had it for a week. My car sat for about an hour and a half while I was eating dinner and when I got in I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling and an unusually large amount of condensation on my windshield. Any ideas?
