Sky decoder multi room?

i have 2 sky decoders my sky and also a sky digital it used to all work with multiroom but now when i connect the digital one to the satellite cable both don't work and they come up with the Rain Fade/Atmospheric conditions error message but when i take it out my sky works again anyone know whats happening
