Why does my iPod Touch 4G discharge quick? ?

Here's the problem. When I put my dead iPod Touch 4G to charge till it reaches 100% charge, once I disconnect it from my computer it drops to 92-95 that same instant. I just bought it 2 months ago, this is my second 4G iPod. The first one had a damaged home button.
