Naruto, bleach and death note: smoother animation?

idk if its just me or it is a fact but i've always wondered why there are only few anime like naruto, bleach and death note that have smooth and flowing animation. the way the characters move and the action sequences in those anime just seem so unusually better than other popular anime's like one piece, d gray man or reborn. if you don't believe me you can watch their openings and battle scenes on youtube and see the difference by yourself (at least i did). i like one piece but seriously i must admit naruto and bleach animation completely outclass one piece's. why is it only naruto and bleach that have such a high animation quality?
